As a dietitian, personal trainer, and health coach for over 5 years, I have seen so many people struggle with weight loss and body image, believing that achieving a certain weight will make them happy. For most, this creates disordered eating patterns and unhealthy habits, all in the pursuit of a dream body. Instead of chasing a “dream body,” I want you to chase your health and happiness. I know this sounds way less exciting but long-term it is so much more rewarding and sustainable.

If you’re ready to stop relying on diets and workout plans you find on the internet and instead receive personalized advice and support to help you be your healthiest, I’d love to work with you. I can help you break rigid eating patterns and binge/restrict cycles and gain control over your life. For so many, food, fitness, and body image rule our thoughts; let’s stop these obsessions. Let’s create your unique plan to get to your healthy weight set point without going to extremes.

I specialize in disordered eating, eating disorders, and hormonal imbalances, including anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, orthorexia, amenorrhea, and PCOS, but have worked with a variety of clients, ranging from athletes and strength competitors to yo-yo dieters who have never stepped foot in a gym. I want you to recognize that you are more than just a body, while simultaneously working to make your body the healthiest it can be.
